Spearcrazy was born out of a passion for all things spearfishing. Born and breed in the gorgeous waters off of the Florida Keys, with a life spent aboard boats and in the water shaped the Spearcrazy mission to bring awareness, excitement and passion to the sport that is hardcore free-diving and spearfishing.
Spearcrazy is the brain-child of founder Captain James Simcic. Captain Simcic is a native Florida Keys Conch, born and raised in the middle Florida Keys. As a native conch, Captain James was connected to the water at a very early age. As the son of a lifelong waterman and a long line of Saltwater enthusiasts, Captain James was immersed in the ocean and was repeatedly connected and introduced to fishing and spearfishing throughout his upbringing.
